RIVER GUIDE COURSES
Ever fancied being a river guide, or doing your own expedition but just don’t have the skills and experience? Are you looking to work in the outdoor industry and would like to accelerate your paddling skills and knowledge? Or perhaps you are just looking for something amazing to do for a month!!
Our month long programme will take you to some of the most stunning river and coastal destinations in Eastern Europe, whilst giving you the chance to learn river kayaking, raft guiding and sea kayaking skills.
During the month you will take part in various overnight and extended expeditions exploring the canyons and coastlines of places such as Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro. There will be training in safety and risk management on water, as well as the opportunity to complete internationally recognised awards in the various paddling disciplines.
We also offer the International Rafting Federation’s Raft Guide Courses, for those of you that would like to work as a river guide and travel abroad. This award is recognised all over the world. More details Courses in 2008:
